Our Aqua-mobility classes are an excellent way to encourage joint mobility and flexibility, offering safe and effective exercises. Body weight is supported in the water which reduces any direct impact on your joints.
Water resistance helps strengthen muscles whilst improving your confidence and exercising safely.
